WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH her DIFFERENT
Lynette believes the past does not define us and the future is our potential. Life’s detours have shaped her journey. From a dancer at heart, to an engineer by training, to a banking leader by profession, to now here in this season, a 'multi-hyphenate' business owner who walks alongside people and organizations, through change and to make tangible change.
Her foundation in the performing arts has given her a deep understanding of the connection between mind, body and spirit, and its role in turning intention and attention into action. It has also given her the unique ability to listen deeply, think non-linearly, and dance in the liminal space between the past, present and future to empower her clients to see themselves with clarity and grace.
Combined with her corporate discipline, she brings both presence and performance, ensuring deep transformation as well as tangible results.
what keeps her going
Lynette knows the real value of her work is in the invitation individuals, teams and organizations receive to align with what is most true within - a sort of quiet returning - each time she holds space.
When with a client, she finds deep meaning and humility in the rhythm of ‘beginning again’ and meeting each interaction without assumption. As she navigates the delicate edge between knowing and not knowing, learning and unlearning, she embraces her own full daily practice that life offers - on and off her zafu. It is in this shared unfolding with her clients and community - where no two conversations are alike, and where answers are not given, but revealed - that she thrives.
Her greatest fulfilment comes from witnessing these many moments of return - when clients listen more intently to themselves, discern more clearly, and author their way forward with greater agency and sense of possibility - toward their own purposeful futures and second chances.
