INDEPENDENT lives in one connected dance

Relationship Coaching

As two independent lives merge in relationship, or as two lives move independently away from union, it can be natural to feel unsure of the path ahead. Perhaps there is co-parenting involved. Or perhaps nothing in relationship is really too challenging, yet there is just that nagging feeling of being 'distracted', 'a little lost' or 'not being whole'.
If this is you and you would like to thrive better in this season, then let us support you with each hour-long coaching session to find your compass and build stronger foundations for the partnership you want.
Typically conducted individually and virtually, unless otherwise agreed with your coach. The process goes at your pace, is similar to our coaching process and is kept safe and confidential between you and your coach.
SUITABLE FOR: Various contexts and situations
  • Separated couples navigating co-parenting together
  • Couples navigating boundaries and goals as lives merge or part
  • Couples coming together as a blended family
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE? While this may differ from person to person, below are some examples.
  • Understand self in relationship
  • Develop healthier communication
  • Develop boundaries or goals supportive of shared and individual capacity and objectives
  • Ensure you and your partner are 'on the same page'
  • Consciously uncouple with respect in tact
